Can I return my product?

We always aim to ensure that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You are entitled to return items bought on, within 30 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


What can I return?
Deciding on what to buy takes time and we're happy to accept returns if you've changed your mind. However, we are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging including the certificate of authenticity. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Will I receive a full refund?
Yes, you will receive a full refund for the product that you bought; however, the shipping expense will be deducted from your refund.

Why haven’t I received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

What happens if I refuse my order?
If you decide to refuse the order after it has been shipped to you, any shipping cost incurred at the time of check out, will be non-refundable.

Can I exchange my order?
