Shipping and Delivery FAQs
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship our international orders with FEDEX. International shipping is free!
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the destination country. For customers within the EU your orders will be processed within 2-3 working days, International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-10 working days. International shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our customer care (info@aelra.com) can work with you to estimate your order timing and delivery.
Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?
Within the EU you will not be charged any Duties or Taxes, we include VAT in our prices. Duties and taxes outside the EU are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

When will I know my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if is it not found. Otherwise, send us an email oninfo@aelra.comand we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. We will send you an email with the shipping details and tracking information once your order has been shipped. For any questions about the status of your order,contact us.
What shipping carriers do you use?
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier FEDEX. The shipping method as well as shipping costs and delivery times for your destination will be mentioned during checkout.

Return and Refund FAQs
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You are entitled to return items bought on www.aelra.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges).Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What can I return?
Deciding on what to buy takes time and we're happy to accept returns if you've changed your mind. However, we are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging including the certificate of authenticity. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Will I receive a full refund?
Yes, you will receive a full refund for the product that you bought; however, the shipping expense will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if I refuse my order?
If you decide to refuse the order after its been shipped to you, any shipping cost incurred at the time of check out, will be non-refundable. However you can still return the item to us and get your money back!
Can I exchange my order?

What happens if the order is cancelled by AËLRA?
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Why haven’t I received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, pleaseinfo@aelra.comcontact us.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it and get a full refund!

We provide our jewellery in the classic Yellow gold, the modern White gold, and the chic Rose gold options.

"In Stock" items will ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

What is AËLRA JOAILLERIE made of?
AËLRA JOAILLERIE is produced in 9K, 14K and 18K gold with high-quality diamonds (GH color, SI quality) that are ethically sourced and Kimberly Certified. While pure gold is too soft for fine jewellery, our 9K gold, made with 37.5% gold mix, our 14K gold, made with 58.5% gold and our 18K gold, made with 75% gold is mixed with alloys such as copper and silver.
What quality diamonds do you use?
When it comes to diamonds, we manufacture the diamonds ourselves giving you a complete mine-to-market experience. We stick to the 4C’s – Carat, Color, Cut and Clarity. All our diamonds are white (G/H Color), Excellent Cut, and SI in clarity. The carat of the diamonds varies depending on the piece
Is there a warranty on AËLRA JOAILLERIE?
Yes, there is a 30-day warranty on all AËLRA JOAILLERIE products.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Bancontact. We also offer Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also provide up to 21 days payment terms through Klarna for customers based in Belgium or Netherlands.
